I have been to a couple other vision centers in the Marshall area and hands down this one is the best! Dr Cody is very personable and professional. He takes the time to talk to you and listen given you all your options. I highly recommend!

My husband I were on the way to a destination for vacation and 4 hours into the trip it donged on him that he forgot his eye contacts. Thankfully Vision source was there to save us! They gave us contact samples that would last for the vacation. They made it easy and seamless!

Probably one of the worst eyecare places I have ever taken my son to. He is on Medicaid, he broke his glasses, I came in to Get the frames replaced with a loss or damage claim, They told me that if I file like that, it would reset his full benefit date. so I pay for the frames out-of-pocket. I called Medicaid personally and they told me that it’s not accurate,. I went back to get a refund on the frames so they could file it to Medicaid under damaged, and they would not do it. They would rather send a child that desperately needs glasses out without glasses than give me my money back and properly file it to Medicaid. This is not a place that cares about their patients. In response to vision source, it was my choice, whether or not to have it billed to Medicaid. A Medicaid representative, even called your office and told you that the information you were giving me was incorrect, but you refused to believe that. All that had to be done to come to a satisfactory agreement Was for you to file my son‘s replacement frames to Medicaid. You gave me information you thought was accurate on Medicaid, and it was not accurate. It was agreed that y’all would give me my money back on the frames, however, if I chose to get my money back on the frames, you would not file the new frames to Medicaid. You would send me back out with a broken pair of glasses for my minor child. Selfish petty and inexcusable That you would rather take what little money a person has then properly bill it to Medicaid. Even after a tier 2 representative called you to educate you that my son’s policy had unlimited replacement for damaged hardware. You Are thieves and liars. And the people deserve to know that.
I adore the entire clinic. They are all laid back and welcoming. The dr doesn’t just do the exam and leave the room. He actually talks with you about what to expect and makes sure you know you need to come back if you’re not comfortable in your new prescription! Great place. They’re great with children too!
