Staff is unable to verify insurance appropriately prior to a patient driving across town for their appointment. Even with two insurances to choose from. I have attempted to schedule with this office twice with poor service both times. 100%would not recommend.
I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for years. She has helped me see and look better. If anytime I feel something isn’t quite right they are happy to take a look and make sure I’m happy. Highly recommend this office and staff .
At the beginning i really liked this place - but our 3rd year here i just noticed the try to upsale u every little thing- that u really do not need. And be careful bc if u dont like the way glasses come out, u don't get a credit or refund. And still get plain prescription with no upgrades! (But still pay for expensive lenses). Makes no sense to me. But oh well. Im still wearing my glasses from last year bc the ones I just got aren't even the right prescription:( I was tired of going back and forth with with the front desk. They all said different things ....
I've hesitated on writing this review for a while, but Dr. Nguyen is great and so is her assistant. The one thing I don't like is every time anyone walk into the office, the girls in front just stare at you and does not even try to help and mind you I have been a patient here for over two years. It's a very unwelcoming atmosphere when you walk in which isn't exactly what a paying customer wants. The first few times I chalked it up to be to them having a bad day but every single visit? That should say something.
I recently moved to the area and needed to find an optometrist. A friend recommended I try Vision Source Pearland and I had a great experience. The staff and technicians are welcoming and Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable and kind. She was very thorough to make sure that I got the right prescription. Oh, and my favorite thing about this place is that they have a different device to take your eye pressure. No more machines blowing air in my eyes! If you need an eye doctor, I highly recommend going here!
