The office staff is so helpful and very pleasant! I've never been treated with such kindness like they showed me during my appointment! Would give them 10 stars if I could!
Vision source of Titusville is listed in Highmark's Blue Cross Blue shield supplemental care plan as a provider. I contacted Highmark to let them know I was refused service at the location as they are not taking Davis Vision covered patients, which the program used by Highmark BC/BS. They tried to contact Vision Source but could not get through.
My husband and I had eye appointments 3 weeks apart. We waited 4 months to get these appointments and the week before my husband's appointment they called and said due to a scheduling conflict they had to postpone his appointment for 6 more months. I realized things happened so ok. But then a week before my appointment they called and said they same thing, that they had to postpone my appointment for 6 more months due to a scheduling conflict. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It's very unprofessional. These were important appointments because I told them my husband was having issues with his eyes and that my glasses were broken and I couldn't see without them. This is the titusville office.
When I first went there, it was okay, Glasses recently broke, and returned for replacement. The new ones are SAME thing, but for some reason THEY cannot get them to fit the same way. They are junk.
New to the area and was very impressed with Vision Source. Everyone was kind, courteous, and helpful. Excellent selection of frames and had a wonderful deal being offered at the time I got my glasses. Did take time for my last pair of glasses to be ready but it was due to their excellent quality control and ensuring the best quality when it comes to their glasses. Thank you all for the pleasant experience!
