I had a nice experience with my visit, but the glasses failed within 8 months. They had some kind of coating on them that pealed off even though I probably was more careful with this pair then any I have ever owned. 50 years weraring glasses I have never seen such worthless product. They called after a year to see If I was coming back. When I told them they were the worst glasses I ever owned they were unsuprised and even less concerned and still called me again.

I really liked Dr. Hull - the exam was very thorough. However, communication about my glasses was nonexistent. It took 7 weeks to get my new glasses and I was never once contacted with an update. I always had to call for information. A few weeks after ordering the glasses, I called and was told the frames were backordered. I decided to go in and pick out new frames. I waited another 3 weeks without hearing anything and called to get an update. My glasses were in! (I wonder how long they had been sitting there.) When it is time for my next exam/new glasses, I plan on making an appointment with the doctor, but going somewhere else for new glasses.
Went here to get my new glasses. Laurel was very helpful and friendly, so were the other staff with which I interacted. I loved getting text message that glasses were in and appointment set up. All around good experience. Thank you!
Hi. Just want to say that I had a excellent experience with Art of EYECARE. Laurel and the whole staff was friendly to me and made getting my eyeglasses easy. I had to wait about a week to get them but they texted me, let me know they were in. I got my glasses and instead of seeing 420p, I see everything in 4k now. I appreciate Art of EYECARE and the staff. I recommend them. 😉👍
Dr Paulson is great. Unfortunately if you want new eyeglasses in a timely manner this isn't the place to go. Upward of 4 weeks wait and staff rarely answers or returns calls when you have questions.
