Walmart Vision Center

I had a perfectly wonderful experience getting new glasses thanks to JOYCE. I came in with my prescription from my eye doctor. Joyce took great care of me explaining the options available and explained my need of a prism and how it worked. Very knowledgeable. She highly recommended the new type of lenses and encouraged me to do that and get the guarantee. May glasses arrived in 6 days and what a huge different. They are perfect. She went over everything. I have not had this kind of service anywhere else.

I have been going to the Seneca Walmart vision center since I was pregnant with my child in 2016! The staff & Drs all treated my boyfriend & I with respect! My daughter who is now only 6 has had two eye exams done at this location she didn't need glasses yet thankfully but they were wonderful with my daughter & myself & my boyfriend! In August of 2022 we got new glasses had to have them adjusted which is normal! Now I will be returning to get my nose pieces fixed due to my daughter accidently hitting me with a ball while she was up on her trampoline I thought I was far enough away from the net but I wasn't sadly! Glad I got the flex glasses definitely worth the extra money! So hopefully they can fix my glasses or I will wear my contacts until I can get new glasses 🤓 I would definitely recommend this location! Some of these reviews seem very unrealistic to me I always had a good experience & have had two different Drs! Our Rx always has been perfect no complaints here!

Very nasty staff. Was met with attitude from the front desk workers, and the guy who fit my glasses told me afterwards the contact fitting was 30 extra dollars but NO ONE told me that. My boyfriend JUST called to ask simply if my glasses were done and she slammed the phone and hung up after. Fix this before I call cooperate. I’m sick of this god awful treatment. We were perfectly nice until now, he won’t say anything but I will. I’ll be in for an inperson review when my glasses are ready :). Especially the receptionist with brown hair, short n chubby. Never experienced such awful treatment from a Walmart eye care center. Disgusting.

Highly recommend! Very friendly staff with a fun & inviting environment! I just recently got new glasses from them & I'm very happy with my purchase! I will continue to go there for all of my future eye appointments and lens purchases! 😊

Called to get appointment for eye exam on Oct 2nd. Was told to leave name and number and would be called back. It is now Oct 14th still with no callback for appointment. Does not matter now because we took our business to Visionworks in Erie. Sure it was a long drive, but at least they have customer service !!!!!
