The office staff is very friendly when greeting you and accommodating when making follow up appointments. The nurses who begin the appointments are professional, kind and very friendly. My brother is visually impaired and he likes Dr Kerr. He is very easy going and communicates well with Jim. I enjoy our appointments at Laurel Eye Clinic in Seneca !
I recommend Laurel Eye Care. Starting from the receptionist and the entire way , through the process, everyone greeted me with a smile. They were very helpful with my eyeglass choices. The only thing that I would suggest is that they recommend bringing sunglasses to wear going back home. When the doctor dilates your eyes through his examination, they become very sensitive to the sun, for quite awhile afterwards. ....Mark
It’s always a great experience going to Laurel Eye Seneca office and Dr Kerr is absolutely the best, along with Michelle & Megan. However the policy of bundling services has changed within the past year and it is very inconvenient to schedule an additional appt a month or two out in already busy schedule to come back for dilation and pictures of eyes. Please look into being more accommodating & respective with time, as we all have busy lifestyles, being jobs & family appts to juggle. Honestly, having to reschedule when the remainder of services could have easily of been performed same day does not make sense.
The Laurel Eye Clinic in Seneca is amazing from start to finish. When you first check in you are greeted with a smile and kindness. The entire process is actually very fun thanks to all the folks that work there. Dr. Kerr has helped me so much with my eye issues and answers all my questions. If you are in need of new glasses they have a very nice optical department with very helpful people. Great place for all your eye care needs.
I arrived 15 minutes early. They checked me in and took me back 5 minutes before my appointment time. My exam was fast and thorough. Dr. Kerr explained everything and answered my questions.
