Dr. Strain and her staff are interested in only one thing - helping people see better. She spent a lot of time with me in my last visit; she explains things clearly, asks questions and listens. I never felt I was being rushed. Her optician Tracy is similar; I took more timer selecting my frames than my wife does in a shoe store. Tracy gave her opinion when asked and made suggestions. My opthalmologist referred me to Dr. Strain 13 year’s ago, and I’m still a patient.

Dr Strain is very very thorough, takes her time to make sure you understand what's going on with your eyesight. She answer's all your questions. If things aren't quite right she'll keep tweaking till you're comfortable. Her Staff is also top notch, Cara is amazing & also explains what she is doing. Pam, Tracy & Rich are all so friendly and are there to help!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and accommodating. And Dr. Strain is the absolute greatest! She takes time, explains things clearly and genuinely cares about her patients. She has treated 4 generations of my family. They have helped us with various issues and fit us in for multiple emergency situations. 🩷
