Dr. Chow has been amazing. She is extremely personable. She listens well and she offered multiple solutions/alternatives, when my first option for better vision didn’t work out as hoped. She is caring and a great problem solver. She really knows her profession well. She’s very confident in herself. I’m a medical professional, and I was extremely impressed with her and her staff. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This little place has the most compassionate, patient, and lovely staff. They were all extremely kind and thoughtful with my parent who has advanced Alzheimer’s. Dr Joe took his time and didn’t rush the challenge of administering an eye exam under these difficult circumstances. The pricing was fair, and we weren’t even charged for one machine test because the doctor said those results weren't conclusive. On top of that, everyone there was knowledgeable about options for glasses, and Aziah explained the process until I ran out of questions. I have no hesitation recommending Vision Source in Spring, and we’ll be back when needed. Thank you!!
