Vision Source - Spring Branch

I have been seeing Dr. Le for a long time, and I cannot recommend her enough. Her human kindness, patience, and the support of her wonderful team are truly exceptional. I suffer from allergies that affect my eyes terribly, and Dr. Le always treats me with great knowledge, care, and professionalism. She consistently takes the time to listen and make sure I receive the best treatment possible. Lili is an angel, and together they make an incredible team. I am very grateful to be in such caring and capable hands.

My daughter and I saw Dr. Kyle Delk this week, and we had a great experience. He took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. The office is beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend him!

Very professional, caring service. Dr. Chang really takes the time to explain exam results and suggests needed services with clear data to illustrate why they are needed. Her support staff are very professional and the office is very modern and clean.

They appear to not value customer time… I went on to get tested, having submitted all of the forms they required beforehand, only to have them see someone else at my appointment time. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I had to leave because they were still with the other person(s) - yes, they chose to see a family over my slot. Wait, that’a not all. Now, they are telling me to resubmit the very forms I already submitted! Did they lose them?! They appear to love playing text games, too, always needing something, having lost some, wasting my time. Goodbye! 😂

My son had an eye exam and was fitted for new glasses. walking in the office was very clean and the staff is very polite. This is our 1st visit with this clinic and my son was nervous. The Dr. was awesome. He made my son smile and very comfortable. This was a great visit. I will go back for myself and the rest of the Family. Good job Vision Source Spring Branch!!!!!!!
