Vision Therapy Institute

Everyone here was willing to answer my questions and was knowledgeable. I really liked the optometrist I saw. They are also upfront about any services costing extra, outside of what your insurance covers. That's really nice for people that may have to watch their budget when getting their eyes checked and getting new glasses. They have a play area for children, which is a nice feature for parents. And there were plenty of child clients in the day I went. Very impressed with this location. I'm glad it was recommended to me.

This place has made such a difference in my daughter's life. Helped with figuring out vision problems...like she wasn't using her left eye (secret lazy eye) and no one knew it! Dr. Kaitlyn Creekmore is so kind and cares. Explained everything so well! Very professional and knowledgeable. Gave vision therapy options for our needs. Celebrating with every improvement and win meant a lot to us!

Great experience at Vision Therapy Institute. The staff were all very nice and efficient. Dr Creekmore was awesome. Super knowledgeable and got me hooked up with just what needed. The lenses she prescribed me are clearer than I have seen in many years. You can tell this practice is locally owned and operated. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist in the area!

Staff was exceedingly helpful, cheerful, quick and thorough. My daughter who is special needs was able to bring her comfort dog 'Thug' who was widely accepted and coddled as well. Thank You for your exceptional service, and thorough knowledge. We drive 1.5 hrs to come each year bc your service is far above the rest!

From the time i walked in the door the staff was very polite. All areas were clean. The pre-exam was very simple and i could understand all instructions. Dr Martin was very professional and listened to my concerns. She gave suggestions and said to get back with her if it didn't improve. Being my first visit, i was very impressed with the practice.
