Vision Unlimited – Doral

Very professional eyecare facility with some of the latest technology. It's surprisingly way more modern, clean, and bright on the inside than what it looks like from the outside and surrounding pseudo industrial area. There's a wide range of both designer and more economical frames. Some of the staff could be a little more upbeat and helpful and seem kind of indifferent or I would've given it 5 stars. Also the wait time to be seen was really long, and it wasn't that busy, but doctor was very knowledgeable, but talks really fast. He will answer questions though if you ask him. Would still recommend, just maybe have patience and time to wait, and maybe the staff will be more attentive/helpful on your visit since other reviews commented on how helpful they were. Hope they'll address this. They could also benefit from a vending machine for beverages and snacks or offer same.

Simple vision check takes 2 hours, you just seat and wait… no respect to customers time. The stuff doesn’t know how to handle the time schedule. Also there’re many only Spanish speaking personnel

Vision unlimited in Doral has been my prescription eye glass for many many years, and for the last 3 years my progressive prescription glasses I have purchased from this company have been horrible. Each and every last 3 pairs have had to be resent in due to lack of focus for long vision. What a waste of valuable time, not only do I need to get a second exam but the company needs to resend it to get redone. I would rate it a 0 if I could. Don’t waste your time with this kind of service. 0 rating

Great experience at Vision Unlimited Doral! The staff was friendly, the exam was thorough, and they helped me find the perfect frames. Clean office, quick service, and excellent care—highly recommend!
