One of the best offices in Miami. Excellent doctor who care and take time to explain and educate, amazing customer service. My entire family been customers for years, and their level of service doesn't decline.
Nice little office, but BIG in customer service and technology. The doctor was very knowledgeable about gas-perm lenses to my great relief. I needed a replacement pair after 13 years. The staff was friendly and patient. They offered my husband and me Cuban cafecitos.
Due to changing my insurance, I needed to find a new OD and chose Dr. Holcomb based on the location of his office and my preference for English speaking doctors. I'm very pleased with Dr. Holcomb, he took the time to ask questions, performed various tests, and especially, he listened to what I had to say. Also, they provide prescription glasses services with a large number of frames to choose from, so I was able to order a new pair. I feel confident with Dr. Holcomb and I'm glad he took me as a new patient.
My experience in this place was very good. For the first time I feel so comfortable with my glasses. The staff and Dr. Justin are really nice, he explains you everything in detail and answer your questions without rush. I trully recommend this place to checkout your vision and make your glasses.
