Ive been going to this practice for a number of years now and I really appreciate how the doctor values quality care and actually listens to my specific needs. Each visit feels personal and I like knowing my care is specialized to me. The staff is also very compassionate.

they take forever to see you. if you have an appointment you will wait almost 2 hours before being called and when you get to the back and have your exams those take another 2 hours because they are ALWAYS busy and backed up. my appointments i've had were both at 3:15 and i didn't leave until almost 9pm. go somewhere else.

Please check the reviews before going to this clinic. It was the worst experience I have had at a clinic in Miami. The waiting time is absurd, their organization is terrible, and they do not even know the difference between a stye and a chalazion.

I extremely appreciated the friendly staff through my experience. The doctor clearly explained process to me, and set me on a straight path for recovery.

The staff is very friendly but the wait is terrible. I came in at 11 am and it took more than 3 hours for an eye exam. There were other patients (not new like me) which were waiting since 8 am! And the ophthalmologist wasn't in, which they failed to mention. Unless you have NOTHING else to do with your time, go elsewhere.
