A few months ago, I purchased a pair of glasses and noticed that one of the lenses had a very small crack. Since it was so tiny and barely noticeable, I decided to ignore it. However, after a few weeks, a piece of the lens broke off on its own. The glasses were never dropped or impacted in any way. The damage occurred on the inside edge of the lens, making it clear that the lens was likely forced too tightly into the frame during assembly, which caused excessive stress and eventually led to the break. This is the second pair of glasses I have purchased from America's Best with the exact same defect. The previous pair developed a crack as well, but in that case, it extended around the entire edge of the lens. When I returned to the store, I was told that the damage was not covered under the warranty. However, this was clearly a manufacturing or assembly defect, not damage caused by me. The glasses were handled with care, and the lens failed because of poor workmanship, not misuse. Based on my experience, this appears to be a quality control issue rather than accidental damage. I expected much better durability, workmanship, and customer service.

Had an amazing experience at American best with Karla ! She was so kind, patient, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can truly tell she cares about her patients and takes the time to make sure you understand everything. Thank you, Karla, for the excellent service and positive experience! 👁️✨
I'm late with this review, but the interaction was SO positive that I had to still deliver. In March I stopped in to simply have my glasses tightened. Barbara was the associate at the time and the store was pretty busy. Somehow, she still delivered a level of professionalism, attentiveness and care that I truly appreciated! Blessings on you Barbara, and to you America's Best - protect this employee at all costs!
Just left America’s best eye care and eyewear. Barbara attended me great customer service. Excellent staff haven’t seen something like this in a while in Miami. I recommend it from 1-10 a 25, all employees are very attentive to what you need you don’t wait long and Barbara‘s excellent customer service. I recommend this to everyone located on 87th Ave. and coral way
Alert!!!✋️✋️✋️✋️✋️✋️✋️ Never get glasses made there. Their measurements are terrible. I went a few months ago, and the experience was terrible. The appointment lasted only five minutes. The frames they have are hideous. On top of that, when I got the glasses, I couldn't see a thing. I told them I would call the company because they wanted me to take them anyway. In the end, they said they would use the same prescription as my old glasses, but the result was the same—no change at all. They messed me around because they never actually made any adjustments. I am never going back there. Don't fall into their trap..
