Vision Unlimited is fantastic and extremely professional. Dr Stephanie is a excellent eye doctor and very kind. Mari in the front was amazing and exceptional employee. Alejandra is one of hardest workers and always multi tasking. Everyone in Vision Unlimited care about there customers and have a sensational staff. 5 Stars in eye care.

Office never opened. Booked an appointment for both our children. 8:10 and 8:20 am Wednesday kendallwood office. Office hours says they open at 8 am. 8:30 now and No one ever showed up. No text or message. Door close. Lights off. Phone disconnected.

My experience today couldn’t be better. The office is nice and clean, and they have a great selection of frames. Customer service was excellent. Grethel was very helpful and provided a detailed explanation and breakdown of all the costs. I’ll have to see if this level of service remains consistent when I pick up my order, in which case I’ll change my review accordingly.

My worse nightmare! I don’t recommend this place at all. If you have the opportunity, please look fo another place to have your eye exam and glasses done. Hopefully my experience can help you.

They made glasses for my daughter and gave me the cleaning cloth, but it was completely dirty.
