I had a wonderful experience during my eye exam. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly while answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and the entire visit was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciated the excellent care and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care! 🤍✨

Never worn a daily prescription getting to the point where I know I need to, it was told to come here. Completely terrible customer service explained that I was new needed. Help picking out frames and need an extra large completely got blown off. You would think with new people they would pay a little more attention. Definitely would not recommend..

Nice atmosphere. Great staff. Dr. Lee was professional and thorough in addressing all my concerns. Never felt rushed. This office is a rarity in today's world. I am thankful to my friend for referring me to this wonderful optometry office.

Dr. Lee has been seeing me and my family since we moved here to AZ 11 yrs ago in both Avondale and now Verrado. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The care has always been excellent and the new facility in Verrado is so nice and convenient. They take good care of us.

I would never go here again. I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time to be called and that was with only one other person in the waiting area. Doctor was fine. Spent 450.00 on two pairs of glasses and waited 2 weeks and followed up myself to find that they had come in. Could not even see out of them and was spoken to by a child about how sometimes “we” have to get used to our glasses before we can wear them. She could have not been more condescending if she tried. I’ve been wearing my glasses in my entire life. I think I know. Told them that I just wanted my money back and I would go somewhere else that was refused and they required me to see the doctor again which I did a week later went through all the same things. Suddenly my prescription became incorrect and he would not answer me as to was it the people who made it his decision what made them so different in four days. That was three weeks ago and I again had to follow up and ask where my glasses were. The service here is terrible and the attitudes aren’t great either. They were extremely offended that I couldn’t see out of the glasses that they ordered and made.i am going to get them tomorrow and if any issues will demand my money back. 5 weeks is totally unreasonable.
