If Jennifer ever leaves this location, I’m leaving too. Lol she’s the BEST! She makes coming in for glasses and contacts VERY enjoyable. Super personable and her customer service is off the chain. Jennifer thank you! Always a pleasure! Thank you for helping me pick frames that look great on me!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt it necessary to do so. I needed some glasses and went around Avondale to different stores, it seemed like everybody was so rude, except for eyeglass world in Goodyear. Jennifer, the assistant manager went above and beyond, Stephen was so super helpful, and Lucy is such a superstar. I would highly recommend if you need glasses in the Avondale, Goodyear, and surrounding areas do not hesitate go to eyeglass world in Goodyear. The selection is great and more importantly the staff is so friendly, helpful, and awesome.

Had a great experience with this location! Friendly and knowledgeable staff will assist you with your exam and picking out the frames and lens options. They have a great selection for all ages. Lucy helped me choose my frames and made sure that I received the best value. Easy location to find corner of McDowell & Pebble Creek.

The manager here is extremely rude, I had a way better experience with the eyeglass world in tempe (per my old reviews) I had issues with my glasses last year and she kept saying "your prescription is only a few numbers different i dont understand how you're having that much issues" ...because I was seeing so blury out of them. Long story short, left one pair to get fixed, took the other as a loss... life happens ,so much things going on, was unable to return till now, went in person, was told id get a call Monday. Well it's the end of Tuesday and nothing. Not even worth arguing or getting flustered over. Overall wouldnt recommend this place. Happy to say my first experience with her was my last, will be returning to the tempe location, whenever I had issues there, I was never met with combative attitude, after all... IT IS YOUR GLASSES, YOU KNOW IF YOU CAN OR CAN NOT SEE GOOD. Shes a manager and didnt make notes of me coming in, did not make notes of me leaving my glasses to be fixed, apparently there was nothing documented, which was why I was having an issue in person on Sunday. Well online it states unclaimed glasses are held for a year, while it has been some months, it hasn't been a year, so it is a hard expensive lost. Proper protocol on her end would have prevented this. Her staff mentioned to me they take notes of clients to keep a trail for these type of situations. Pretty interesting a person in her position would not.
