Horizon and Dr. Levin did a great job. This is the second eye I had done but the first with Horizon so I have good perspective. The biggest difference was the pre and post office appointments and the service provided. Horizon treated me as an important patient rather than a number as the other place did. The facilities at Horizon are much more comfortable, the staff more personal and not nearly so crowded. I was disappointed in the outcome of my first lens replacement so was hesitant to try again. Dr. Levin listened carefully to my experien and we identified the likely issue and he proposed a solution. When surgery was complete the results were just as expected. While not perfect because of my first surgergy my vision is greatly improved, exceeding my expectations. To top it off it was even a little cheaper with Horizon. The only slight downside was the surgery center didnt have adequate comfortable seating but the parking was close and the communication good. The medical ataff at the surgery station was top notch. Would definitely recommend Horizon and Dr. Levin for lens replacement surgery, especially over the other big name i know in the valley.

Absolutely top notch. I was more than satisfied with the visits to the Goodyear office. The staff, the docs and the facilities couldnt have been nicer. The evaluation was quick, painless, and efficient. The exam was comprehensive and the doc made sure I could meet the standards for my annual physical for work. Concentra:0 Horizon:2. The staff was very professional, efficient and pleasant. The detail tests were performed timely and completed as quickly as possible. The doctor was informative and took time to explain my optical issues in great detail. As a result, I have a very good understanding of my current status and treatment plan going forward.

Highly recommend this optometry practice! Front desk employees were very efficient and professional. Waiting area is spacious, super clean and quiet. Appointment was on-time. Dr Katherine Blaskovich is great. She is extremely knowledgeable and I really appreciated how straight forward she was as she answered my eye health questions.

Having never experienced issues with my eyes, I was quite frightened when i woke up to severe pain in my left eye. My mind started spinning of what was to come. Who knew your eyes can just dry up over night, leaving a torn, and excruciatingly painful, cornea. I had already been to Urgent Care, who then referred me to the ER. They in-turn immediately referred me to see a Opthamologist. I was terrified that I would be losing the vision in my left eye. Upon arriving at Horizon Eye Specialists, I was very nervous, but anxious to find out what I was to expect for my eye to heal, or if the damage was permanent. I was happy to meet the doctor who immediately reassured be my eye would heal. She also explained everything to me, after examining my eye, and placing a contact band-aid to repair the tear. She also called in a Rx to help with the dryness. Within days, my eye had healed. I could not be happier! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Horizon Eye Specialsts! They are amazing and truly know their profession. Thank you, a million times over!
