The staff at my location (Goodyear,AZ) are fantastic. Dr. Coons is the sweetest and Jeff has been so helpful for the last 8 years I've been coming to this location. I disfigured come in for my appts on days he is in because he is so kind and helpful when it comes to me finding the best glasses for me that for my style and price range! Everyone here is the absolute best!

I had a great experience at this location. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. The ophthalmologist took the time to thoroughly explain everything and patiently answered all of my questions, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. When it came time to choose glasses, the staff was incredibly helpful and supportive. They provided thoughtful feedback when I asked for their opinions and helped me find frames that complemented my face shape and personal style. I never felt pressured and appreciated their genuine willingness to help. Overall, the entire visit was pleasant, informative, and customer-focused. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

This was the best optometrist experience I have had since moving to the area. Most others I have tried like Walmart and a few others, have terrible customer service. The staff were very helpful! A sweet girl I believe Xandrea was the name, especially great! I would recommend! The optometrist did what I needed done although I was not able to get her name but I will be back!

After reading some reviews I was a little worried about coming to this office, especially when it came to the staff. My experience was so different than what the other reviews said. The staff was kind and helpful. I was nervous especially with a worker named Monica because there was a review that called her out by name and said she was rude and unhelpful, which I find odd because she was nothing but helpful and professional. I had a good experience at this place.
