Great place until billing, go in with vision insurance multiple people on the policy, identical coverage. The doctor’s nurses all staff in the back end was great. Was a decent process finding frames and lenses. Get a price for myself and wife. Pay almost $1,000 to this place after insurance coverage is verified, only to be called and ask to pay $100 more dollars later in due to not being eligible for frames. I have never had any so that’s confusing, maybe an insurance issue and not there’s. Problem is that should have been caught with me in store not later on, was clearly(and admitted to be) a mistake on the west valley visions reps end. They don’t offer a payment link only pay in person. Which I don’t have time for as I was just there for hours. No offer of a discount or any type of custoemr service other the pay the extra or cancel the order and we will refund you. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. Makes me wonder why come back or refer anyone to a place that is going to make mistakes, cause second visits, billing mistakes and barely take ownership and certainly have no empathy. Hopefully others experience is better, puts me in a tough spot in returning here next year/yearly as the rest of the staff/process was great.
