Vision World

I went to Vision World 3 wks ago for the first time and it was Such a nice pleasant experience all The staff were nice and attentive to me. They answered all my questions and I had quite a few questions , they patiencely answered them. The Eye doctor was very thorough and sincerely cared about what was going on with my eyes and helped me to understand that their was no need to worry. My issue was normal .For the first time. The Dr.who check my eyes for the first time I was able to see a picture of my eyes so I colud better understand what he was talking about. I would recommend this place.

Great experience with setting up the appointment and the appointment itself. Their Dr told me stuff about my eyes no other Dr has, and I've been wearing glasses all my life. Definitely check them out if you need an eye exam or new frames. The staff are polite, professional, and real with you.

Came in here twice for contact lens exam. Got quoted the wrong price over the phone which I didn’t find out until after the fact, so I just paid not to argue, since staff was already arguing with another customer. Came back two days later to have the dr check the fit of my contacts and while I was there, witnessed staff again arguing with a customer and getting an attitude and rude to two others. Third time I had to come in, the upset customer was me. The doctors are good and Casey, the girl who taught me how to put contacts in, was very nice and patient but other than that the customer service here blows. Come in for your exam and take your prescription elsewhere.

If I could give a 0 star I would. They will scam you off your money and overprice what they're selling. They will either double charge you or have you pay for things that your insurance had already paid off. So when you do make a purchase of glasses with your insurance, please check how much you had to pay and check how much your insurance already paid. I highly recommend Metro-Optics across the street. They won't scam you and their prices are fair.
