I visited the store to get a few pairs of sunglasses adjusted. Surprisingly, there were no customers in the store. The person behind the counter informed me that they couldn’t assist me because they were too busy. I explained that I wasn’t looking for a free adjustment that I would pay for individually. However, they insisted that they were too busy to help me. 🤦♀️

Almost $300 to get your glasses to go dark and to have less glare I think that’s a little bit too much
I have been coming to Vision World since 2016 for eye exams and contacts. This time I came for an eye exam contacts and glasses. I am so very pleased with my contact trials (will be ordering contacts soon) and now my new glasses and the care I received at Vision World. The ladies at the front counter, Ella and Maritza were very helpful and kind. I picked out a frame that I was very happy with. I also received an Eye exam by Dr Boos who was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind and did a great job on my eye exam ( very thorough and comprehensive exam) which means a lot to me as I have very poor vision. I am so very pleased with my experience at Vision World for my last appointment and each and every appointment since 2016. Many thanks Vision World you are all amazing Jackie :)
The entire team at vision world make it a wonderful experience. I have been coming for many years to get glasses, contacts and eye exams. Everyone is welcoming, attentive and helpful. Ella takes the time to understand your interests and helps find products that fit your style. Eye exams never feel rushed and things are thoroughly explained. It’s an excellent experience and the reason I come back year after year.
