Nicole is great. She was so helpful and pleasant. I was looking for help to swap my prescription lens with the new exact same frame. She is there to help me. This shop is cute and has many different styles of frames. Highly recommend to come here.
I have been a client at Vision World for over two years! The staff is always friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service and would highly recommend Vision World to anyone looking for great care and service!
They have been absolutely wonderful with my son and to work with. They have helped my son pick out glasses, fix his glasses when he broke them, and help me order stellest lens for his new glasses. They worked with me to run the lens through insurance and got us the best price. The office is warm and inviting and they are super friendly and let both my kids play with the dogs on multiple occasions. I highly recommend Vision World.
I’ve been wearing glasses since my teens, and I’ve never had a better experience getting a new pair. If you’re on Long Island, this is the absolute best place for glasses. Wonderful staff and attentive service.
This place was so nice and helpful! They helped me find my perfect fit. By the way, the dogs were so cute and friendly. I would like to mention and recommend the worker Roisin. She is Highly recommended!!!! She gave me lots of advice for my sports goggles and normal glasses! - review by Will age 10
