I had visited another location years and years ago and had a different experience, but after coming back to this team at the Jupiter West location, I was very impressed. I genuinely felt like I was taken seriously, and I feel like they went above and beyond. I’ve been having neurological issues too lately, and the doctor here actually has taken it more seriously than my primary care has, and they really genuinely made me feel cared about. The receptionist was also super patient with me when it came to payment, and even went out of her way to find me rebates and ways to save money on my contacts. So impressed with this location.

Very great place, went to get my eye exam done the staff is super sweet and friendly. The doctor is very knowledgeable and explained everything so well! It didnt even take too long for the whole experience. I was in and out in less than an hour. 10 out of 10 recommended!

I was impressed with the optometrist who fixed my nearly 8 months of frustration with the loose fitting glasses I purchased, due to self unwinding screws/hextnut. Veronica at the Indiantown Rd, Jupiter site diagnosed the problem and root cause immediately and put in a temporary fix. She also contacted the supplier of the lens to get a replacement/permanent fix. However, her temporary fix has already worked, instead of having to tighten the screws 6-10 times a day myself and struggling with it after the temporary fix 2 days ago by Veronica I have not had to tighten the screws at all. Besides, she was pleasant and went out of her way to help me.

I have been a patient at Visionary Eye Center for 3 years now. The staff are professional and friendly. They are very timely with their appointments, as well. There is a wide variety of glasses, including designer frames. I look forward to my appointment next year.
