I would give this incredible clinic 10 stars if I could. Staff incredble , best exam and clinic Ive been to in my 78 years. I felt like I was part of a fanily from start to finish. Awesome choice of glasses and all the state of the art add ons for the pickiest of customers. ( Like me) 😅 Love this team , dont take my word for it , see for yourself! I've been coming here for quite a few years. The optometrist it's nice, i trust her. There is a decent selection of frames. I did have to wait for my appointment today while no other patients were there, so I asked after 30 minutes. I got back 5 to 10 minutes afterward. I'm satisfied with the doctor and exam, and that's what is important. The employees are nice, however, I feel attentiveness and structure is lacking. They meet standards, nothing to complain about, nothing to write home about.

From the front desk to the doctor, everyone in the office was amazing! My son is 2 and this was his first eye appointment and I was nervous because he wanted to run around everywhere but they all interacted with him and made this an amazing experience. I would recommend this office to any and everyone!

Dr. Jacqueline Westcoff is an amazing optometrist. She is very patient, kind, and thorough during my eye exams. I am 68 years old with macular degeneration, and she is very attentive and careful with my prescriptions for contacts and glasses. I have gone to her for 3 years now. It's a nice clean office. Her staff is also wonderful! Best optometrists I've had in my years living in Illinois and California. So kind. Thank you!

The interesting thing is that i was recommended by a friend to go here. But something very fishy occurred. I finalized my lens account of $586.25 with a credit card to buy lens only to receive a call the next day by the manager Antonio, stating his lens worker was fired. This is not a customer's problem. And an additional $200 will be added.to the already contracted sum. I said "cancel the order." This is very possible because it was the next day of the contract. He refused and asked me to meet him half way and just add another $100 to the order. I said I would call my credit card company to stop payment. I lost total trust in this company. I would not allow them to service my lenses. Money was not the issue. The word of the company mattered. The company does not know how to do business with customers. And it surely does not know how to bestow trust in its customersk This company is in the service industry and does not know anything about producing services ! Go elsewhere. The contract made could have been canceled. It happened a day before. It was the arrogance of this company that has caused a nonprofessional ambiance. I didnt even discuss the eye doctor who never introduced himself. Never cleaned the examining machinery and barely discussed the results of the eye exam. Bacteria..fungus.?
