Dr. Christina Napoletano is a treasure. I have been gong to this location for years and she is the 3rd doctor I have seen here. What I love about her is she does not rush and is very thorough with her eye exam. That's the type of exam I want, not the 15 minute in and out factory places. Really appreciate her taking the time and explaining everything.
First time here, easy to find in Berlin. Samantha at the front desk was sooo helpful while I bothered her with insurance question. Exam was organized and efficient. Dr Napoletano was thorough, giving detailed explanations and time for questions. Lots of eyewear choices too.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mark. My daughter and I both got an extremely thorough eye examination. He was able to identify issues that both of us were having that previous eye doctors never even mentioned. Very informed about the latest ophthalmology best practices. Thank you Dr. Mark!

This place is truly amazing, a small gem in the center of Berlin! Dr.DiLoreto is courteous and professional, excellent bed side manners! The equipment is state of the art and the selection of glasses was fantastic! I felt like Dr.DiLoreto really cared about me as a person, he paid close attention to my concerns and provided solutions. I will not go anywhere else, this is my eye care place! Don’t go to a chain if you want personalized experience, you will get it here!
