Since 2019 I have gone to Visioncare Arkansas but slowly the speed of service has become a massive issue. This year, I went to an appointment on May 15, it is now August 17 and I don't have contacts, glasses, or a time frame to receive them. I am now 45 days into a "30 day" trial contact and only have glasses that are no longer up to standard from previous visits. The folks you interact with are exceptionally sorry for the issues and are always kind and the doctor is very nice but the outcome is incredibly frustrating. it shouldn't take 3 months to get eye support.

Absolutely worst eye clinic I'm the state. They ripped me all the way off. They only have some doctors that take certain insurance and you cannot set up an appointment and then give insurance information. They do not tell you this over the phone, effectively burying the lead. I paid $700-800 for glasses and contacts, because they effectively lied to me. I'm porr and can't afford that kind of strong-arm extortion. Absolutely rip-off. Horrible service, horrible management, horrible experience. Never going back Correction. Apparently them telling my wife over the phone, but not telling me in person at the appointment, means that this is ALL MY FAULT. Sorry, I take it back this place the BEST

My husband set up an appointment after his glasses broke, but I had his insurance card at home. They told him he could set up as self pay and give his insurance later, but then I called and gave his insurance information and they said he couldn't use it for the visit. Thats fine, but they didn't tell me the glasses would also not be covered. That is a totally underhanded practice for any professional medical establishment that only negatively effects the most disenfranchised. Any time I have set up a Dr appointment anywhere else this way it would be fine and they would accept the insurance, but not here! We will never be back because they lied to us and my husband paid 3x as much as he's ever paid for an eye doctor vist! How dare you people!

Dr Beau is great! From front desk check in to the techs, all are personable and caring. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Tried to set up a new patient appt around 10am and intake coordinator (?) came back on the phone saying that the people in charge of scheduling had phones that were just ringing off the hook as she laughed about it, and said they'd call me back to set up a date and time shortly. They called me back at 4pm. I moved on by then. Very unprofessional.
