The entire staff were polite, professional and engaging. Although the waiting room was a bit crowded, patients were moved through quickly and efficiently and in my case, thoroughly examined. Every procedure/scan was explained and any questions were answered completely.
Excellent experience and thorough eye exam. This was my first visit to VisionMD and I will be back for future vision needs and requirements. The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and efficient. The environment was clean and comfortable. My interactions with the physician was great. She took her time, explained my options and made recommendations when asked. I felt she had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend this physician office.
Dr. Nagori is a very awesome doctor who is very knowledgeable of what she does but even more importantly, she genuinely cares about all her patients and their well -being. Additionally, her staff always display the best tech support and customer service. Her offices stay busy because folks spread the word on how great her work ethic appears, her dedication to the welfare of her clients and how supportive the team is as well. ☆☆☆☆☆
