Dr. Chin and Celine are fantastic! They have a great sense of humor and make sure to give each patient their full attention. Dr. Chin has specialty contacts that many other optometrists do not. He talked to me about how my sight has changed and also looked at my eye health. I’m very happy I chose this office as my new go-to for glasses and contacts. Highly recommend!
Great experience from start to finish. It was easy to get an appointment, and the customer support at the front was excellent. The doctor was very thorough and patient with my questions. They also have a solid selection of frames. Definitely my go-to optometry!
Great visit to Vision one on Redwood Shores Parkway! My 5 year old felt safe and heard. They helped with insurance questions and gave each of us their full attention and cared about our vision needs. The optometrist was fabulous and their selection of frames was really good.
Terrible customer service. Purchased a pair of Linberg glasses that cost over $800. Took 2 months to receive (sales person said 4 weeks). When I did receive them they were in an old / used / damaged Lindberg case. Lindberg glasses come in a Nice package like when you buy a new iPhone. Horrible customer service, horrible quality, never coming back. Also, the employees do not maintain the store. Almost every display and surface is completely covered in dust with dirt on the floor and corners. Take pride in your business, and maybe sweep up on occasion.
