The experience itself was great. From being greeted the minute that I walked in the door, to every single person I encountered in my visit. Everybody was very welcoming, super friendly, super helpful. Dr Bantz was great, explained everything he was looking at/for as he went along thru exam. Elan was amazing helping me pick frames. Only complaint would be there needs to be some budget friendly options for frames. All the options are very high-end and rather pricey.
We are very grateful for Katie Rogers and the care she provided during my daughter Mia's vision therapy. Katie was incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging throughout the entire process. She truly cared about Mia's progress and always found ways to keep her motivated even when things were challenging. We highly recommend Katie to anyone considering vision therapy for their child. My wife and I love this place and we love these people! They are super friendly! From the time you walk in to the time you walk out, you feel welcomed! You just know you're in good hands! And this place is always spotless! They're such an awesome team! I can go on and on, but we'll keep it short and sweet!
This is a great place! Super friendly and very helpful! They really take the time to help you look through the glasses and are patient and give you their recommendations! The doctors are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything to you. It’s doesn’t feel like they just want you in and out! They care about you and your eye care!
