I have been going to Dr Kevin Smith for the last 13 years and will never have enough amazing things to say!! He has always taken great care of me and my family and values my feedback for my prescription. I can always count on a charismatic conversation and never feeling rushed if I have concerns about my vision. I started seeing him at 7 and as a kid always looked forward to my yearly visit because he made it fun for me and my sister. The rest of the staff is just as great from checking in to picking out frames I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I had an issue with a pair of glasses i purchased last year where the screws became loose and they tightened them while i picked out new frames at my most recent visit. I appreciate transparent information about what my insurance will cover and a breakdown in cost from lenses to frames. I always leave feeling confident in my choice and excited for the arrival of my new glasses. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area!

Had my scheduled visit at Fall Creek Vision Center today. The staff is wonderful. You’re greeted with warm smiles by the friendly receptionists, who check you in quickly. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen by one of the techs who will be doing the testing. Chrissie is great. She puts you at ease with her calming demeanor. She explains well what you need to do for each test and is very patient and encouraging. Dr Wagler is my optometrist. He is friendly, sharp and very conscientious. Does very thorough exams and explains everything. Answers all my questions. He never makes me feel rushed. I am so happy that I picked this practice. They’re the best. I highly recommend them.

I can't recommend Fall Creek Vision Center highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and attentive—the kind of service that's increasingly rare these days. Dr. Riina was exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all my questions patiently, and never made me feel rushed. It's clear she takes real pride in her work and truly cares about her patients' eye health. The entire experience, from scheduling to checkout, was seamless and pleasant.

Dr. Smith is everything you want in a doctor. He takes time to be personable and build relationships and is incredibly knowledgeable about eye health, and does a great job at explaining detailed medical concepts. After months of dealing with issues, I have full confidence in his diagnosis and treatment plan.

Amazing service! Quick! Always ready for me when I arrive. Listen without judgement. Answers questions. Provides reasonable options. Really like that they can take an image of my eyes Instead of needing to dilate every yearly checkup. Very understanding and patient, even with my kid. Definitely highly recommend!!
