Called in the early AM to see if they fix glasses the young lady that took my call super nice said yes, I asked her what do you charge she said nothing. I said are you sure? She said yes. I get to the Pines and 122 location. 6:00pm. Some lady approached me, obviously had no interest in serving or working it looked like. Throwing things around. I asked her is she could fix my glasses she looked and said oh we don’t carry that, didn’t check or anything. Then she said I have to ask my manager and see how much it is for repair. I had no problem paying to begin with but the customer service attention for this lady negative. I drove quit a way to get this repair as it’s my only pair and I made the extra effort since I am running a fever. I was going to make an appointment not anymore. Please inform your employees or correct procedures

I had an excellent experience at Visionworks in Pembroke Pines. The doctor was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made the visit a pleasant experience from start to finish. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention I received. My son had plenty of questions, and she answered every single one with patience and even had him laughing, which made the visit so comfortable for him. LOVE MY VISIONWORKS! Optometrist is very thorough, knowledgeable, and takes pride in her work. I knew I was receiving the best care possible. Also, the technician that helps with ordering glasses and contacts was very personable and warm. Top notch staff from check in.
