I'm a consistent return customer because this location in particular has always been my "go to" store for my eye care and eyewear. The associates in this store are not only warm and welcoming but they are always incredibly helpful. I paid a visit on 5/14/26 and both associates at the store on this day were absolutely pivotal in helping me decide on a pair of glasses. My special thanks to Paige, who took extra time to ensure that I received the best care and best deal on my choice of glasses. If not for her, my quest for a new, much needed pair of glasses would have been very daunting. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this store.

Dr. Chuong is a very awesome eye doctor! He took the time to explain everything to me! I was relaxed and at ease with my appointment! Thank you also to the staff in the optical department helping me to pick out the right frames! You all have awesome customer service! God bless you all! 💜💜

PAIGE was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. My experience at the Regency location is ALWAYS GREAT!! Don't see myself going anywhere else. And Dr. Dao is the best. Very caring about his patients need a and concerns.

I highly recommend this place. Mrs Jerelyn Clack made the whole experience so enjoyable and really helped me find the right frames to fit my style. She was amazing. If you need glasses please go see her. You will be very pleased with the whole experience.
