Dr. Jay is truly remarkable! He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. His expertise and friendly demeanor made my visit enjoyable and stress-free. A special shout-out to Lola and Amy, who were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to assist with my questions and ensure that everything was taken care of smoothly. Their warmth and professionalism added to the overall positive experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Jay since he started his practice and have received stellar service year after year. He is personable, down-to-earth, and truly cares about his patients. Although I moved 45 minutes away, the visit is worth the drive every time.

This was my first visit to the eye doctor. The doctor explained everything I needed to know in great detail and helped me choose the right glasses. I really appreciated how much she cared about her patients. My whole family goes to this office, and we are very happy with the care we receive. The doctors here are excellent.

4½! Great staff, customer service inside and if you call. No matter what! I would recommend you coming to them, however, my appointment times will vary! 🤪🤣. Seriously. I highly recommend this place. Still has what's left of a small town/ know you type vibe when you come in and or a regular customer. Keep it up guys!
