Staff needs to be trained! I called and specifically asked for what I needed was to the office provided said service. Waited a week for an appointment only to be referred to the proper doctor that could do the exam. A waste of time that I did not have to spare!
I have been seeing Dr. Diane Brown for my contact lens care for many years. She is knowledgeable, caring and takes good care of her patients.
I've been a patient of Dr. Brown for over 10 years. She's kind, thorough and listens. Whether it's glasses or contacts, I've been so glad with the care and service. I cannot speak for the "staff" mentioned in another review since this is a review for Dr. Brown only. Highly recommend.
