Visionworks

The service provided by the staff that was there during our appointment was beyond great! Especially the gentlemen that helped us pick the right glasses and lenses for our needs. Bryan’s customer service was more than 5 stars, I did not get the other gentleman’s name but he saw the stress on my face and went thru all drawers finding the right frames for me and he succeeded and did not give up even tho I was being picky LOL My husband and I left very pleased with our purchase and service! We’re gonna look stylish with our new glasses!

I want to leave a very positive review for Brian. A few days ago, we visited his store after having a bad experience somewhere else (which I won’t mention out of respect), and the difference was incredible. At Visionwork, Brian provided us with all the information and guidance we needed to get my wife’s glasses. We were also interested in purchasing Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses, and he clearly explained the entire process and guided us the right way. He walked us through everything step by step, answered all our questions, and made sure we made the best decision. His service was excellent—clear, professional, and very friendly. The service was fast, and the whole experience felt smooth and well-managed. I highly recommend him 100%. Truly an excellent experience!

Excellent Customer Service from Bryan! I had a great experience thanks to Bryan! He provided true five-star, A+ customer service from start to finish. Bryan was very attentive and took the time to really understand what I needed. He helped guide me in choosing the best product that would be both beneficial and practical for my basic needs, making the entire process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated his knowledge, patience, and willingness to make sure I left with the right solution rather than just making a quick sale. If you get the chance to work with Bryan, I highly recommend it. His professionalism and dedication to helping customers truly stand out. Thank you again for the amazing service!

Excellent service! They were fast, attentive and very helpful! I had an appointment first thing in the morning yesterday and I got taken care of in a timely manner! The person that works the floor was very nice and helped me pick out my new glasses!

I had a great experience at Visionworks Waterford Lakes. I ordered two frames, one with transition lenses, and the entire process was smooth and stress free. Vitalija was amazing. She helped me pick the best frames for my needs and went above and beyond by contacting my insurance company to fully understand my coverage and make sure I used my benefits correctly. She was extremely helpful, kind, patient, and very professional throughout the visit. The prices were also very reasonable, and the rest of the staff were friendly and clearly willing to help keep everything within my budget. I highly recommend this location, especially if you get the chance to work with Vitalija.
