I went in to Vision works late on a Saturday trying to find a solution to my three pair of glasses. I worked with Kara who not only is super professional but incredibly knowlegeable and helpful. She spent well over an hour with me patiently letting me try on what seemed like every pair of frames in the shop. Then, if that was not enough, she contacted my insurance company and ran all the numbers and comparisons and called me back with the information. Kara is an incredible asset to Visionworks and I would recommend this outfit to anyone!

One pair of glasses, so far two huge mistakes. First the coating was peeling off after two weeks. They replaced the lenses; but backwards. So, they replaced them again. The horrible customer service and the fact they only had one person working each time meant a 30 minute wait on each of the 4 drop-off and pick-up trips. That was just to speak to an associate, not waiting for the actual repairs. Now that I have had the glasses 5 months, two screws and a nose piece have broken. Vision works may be the cheapest in town, but not cheap enough to warrant all the wasted time and energy. I estimate saving about $75 from the retail price. However, seeing they likely won't make it a year, it's totally not worth it. I have zero confidence this is even an accurate prescription.

I recently took my elderly uncle to vision works for an eye exam and new glasses. Dr. Giardina is one of the best optometric physicians I have ever encountered. He spent considerable time with my uncle, working to find the best vision possible for an 87 year old man with macular degeneration. I would recommend this facility to anyone with a loved one who has serious vision problems and is in need of professional help. The staff are really great to work with and Dr. Giardina is number 1 in my book.

Site is closed. Don't know when it closed as the signage is still up, but the building is vacant.
