From the time I walked in to the purchase of my new glasses was handled boyh professionally and with care. Their customer care service was exceptional. The doctor explained his concerns regarding my eyes health and answered all my questions and my concerns. He was very informative.
Customer service was exceptionally thorough with explaining the process and helping me with my glasses. Check-in process was easy. The receptionist was very polite and patient storefront in office extremely clean and tidy. Dr explained everything out broke every procedure down so I understood the process and was very patient and took his time with me. Definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.
The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I left the office feeling like I had a very thorough eye exam and without the sticker shock that some providers offer. The selection of lenses were many in all styles. They certainly made me a repeat customer.
The lady helping me after my eye exam was not only professional, but kind and helpful. She made an experience I’ve been putting off for 3+ years, tolerable and even enjoyable.
Dr Chaterjee is very knowledgeable and helped both my wife’s and my vision better than any of the other eye doctors did. Everyone there is very nice.
