I wouldn’t recommend. I have gone to Visionworks in various states and this particular one for some reason… the glasses constantly break. They charge top of the line price for low quality glasses. I say go somewhere else. Notice n the photo how to glasses break n the same spot. And don’t let them say they can’t be fixed bc yes they can! Theres a place on the south side that repairs glasses! Fixed all mine affordably.

By far the best eye doctor I have ever been to! The staff was so nice and updated me on everything. The doctor was just wonderful. She took her time she explained very well and I told her about my vision lost in 2024 and how it was cured on its own but that no one, not even the neurologist could tell me why but she was able to share with me some knowledge and that she saw that in about 40 other patients and I almost cried because all this time i have been like what’s wrong with me and she did not tell me for sure it’s this she can’t but I trust her because she was so knowledgeable and to take the time she did with me was just so comforting. Pretty much it’s stress and I believe it 100%. I am very much type A personality… She said she thinking like that happen don’t panaixj and thinks it’s MS or a brain tumor… just relax and distress. I’m almost crying now but thank you I believe you and I am getting rid of things that stress me. Only stress I want are my kids lol because I love them so I will stress for them but everything else I will leave behind. Thank you so much Dr. Hite and staff! You all treated me very well. Also when it was time for me to sit and purchase my glasses a lot of people came and an old gentleman was trying to get in and out and there staff said I need to take care of this young lady because she’s been here since 11 lol I was like yeah thank you and the gentleman understood but that was just so nice you don’t get that anymore. There have been a lot of doctors I have been too and Dr. Hite has been the most knowledgeable, respectful and caring… thank you all!!! I can’t wait for my glasses!

My goodness, I've been calling and calling trying to reschedule my 1st appointment, but nobody isnt answering any of my calls. It doesn't even go to voicemail to leave a message, it just rings and rings. Now its past my appointment and have to face being charged a fee for not showing up.I'm no longer interested in going to this location.

I showed up last minute with visions of sunburst at night, yet the gentleman help me and in 2 weeks I was seeing 👀 better with 2 sets of glasses that were ready for pick up.

I've seeing Dr. Hite and Ms. Tina for 10 to 15 years at least. They always take their time and make sure im happy with my prescription and the frames I pick. Ms. Tina spent at least 30 minutes yesterday helping my find new frames since what I have always worn is discontinued now. And she went out of her way to make sure i was happy with the price and still got everything I needed and wanted with my new glasses without having insurance now.
