I thought Dr. Sarno was excellent. He was nice, thorough answered all my questions and made me feel better about my aging eyes. 😊 Jason helped with picking out frames and I gotta tell you, the “no pressure” approach he had was very refreshing. Nice kid (no disrespect, when you’re in your 50’s everyone is a kid to you 😆). Will come here again next year.

Associate was very friendly, and knowledgeable. Helped me every step of the way with picking out a new pair of glasses. Very satisfied with my experience there.

Great interaction with all staff, from the front desk, to the optometrist to the optician. As a high myopic with a very petite face, buying new eyeglasses often ranks with cleaning toilets -- I hate it. The front desk was helpful and accommodating, the optometrist asked relevant questions and listened to my concerns and was able to provide a prescription to suit what I was looking for. The optician was patient, kind and very helpful in guiding me to select eyeglasses I will love. Thank you VisionWorks staff, you rock.

The manager of the store that I use in Seminole is very wonderful . His name is Jason and he is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind! It’s always a pleasure going in there when he is there and his staff emulate him in the store! If you are in need of glasses, this is the place to go because they will take very good care of you! I have been coming to this store for at least six years, maybe more (getting old lol) and not once have I had a bad experience! So thankful for Jason and his staff’s patience with me ever time I go in there, they are exceptional! Thank you Jason and your staff!
