Was there yesterday at 9:30am. Had an eye exam, ordered new glasses, and paid for it in 45 minutes. Friendly. Shown actual scans of my eyes--a first! Had to fill out a form and sign 2 others. They put my copies in an envelope for me!

Excellent experience there from the time i walked in. Everyone greeted me and treated me and my family all 4 of us very ice. My husband was able to get his exam done with no problem got a great deal on his glasses and left very satisfied. The optometrist was super nice also the lady in sales. I had such a great experience i will be booking appointments for the rest of our house hold there. Thank you Vision Works and staff at the Hiawassee West Colonial location!

Newbie to this company because my regular didn't have any frames I liked. Found some here ordered was told they be in two weeks almost a month later I am still waiting. Being given every kind of excuse. Plain and simple I don't need excuses I need what I ordered when it was promised. They lack of customer care showed to me is sad will be passing the word about this company. They spend tons of money to get me in and when I come in they don't take care of me at all.

Modern wavefront digital exams are NOT OFFERED! This means your rx could be off, and the staff are not joyful about remakes or adjustments. They seem focused only on driving the bill high. Sam tried refusing an adjustment before my 100 days were up, saying I’d have to use my new year’s benefit to get a whole new exam and glasses. He reluctantly honored their policy when I pushed. Daniel (manager) raised his voice and told my wife to take a seat when she requested a refund on day 49. He was very flustered she would not let him “troubleshoot” her issue, but it was her 5th visit and 2nd pair made for the same order, and she had no confidence in their ability to get it right. He refused to refund the faulty eye exam, and would not give me the district manager’s name. They hide behind the technicality that the in-house optometrist is “independent”, but Daniel effectively manages them. He even interfered and canceled my wife’s re-check appointment with the doctor until he had time to measure the fit. This forced my wife to come back a week later for a re-exam. So even though they claim the doctor is independent, the store manager acts like he’s in charge of the optometry staff. Not a nice experience.

Sat here for an hour and a half waiting to pickup glasses because only one employee in the store to assist customers. Watched two customers walk out after waiting to be served and never received service. Go to a competitor and receive faster service. Do not waste your time with vision works.
