Everyone else besides one of their staff members were super helpful, patient and understanding. This particular individual, whose name I did not catch, was very impatient and inconsiderate. She has red hair, blue glasses and is a much older woman. She tried to give me the DISPLAY glasses instead of ordering me a new set when they broke the day I came in to receive them. If I had not spoken up, she would have given me used up frames all because of her inconvenience. She does NOT care about how you feel with your glasses. Beware with her. Ask for a different associate if you are paired up with her for assistance.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this place. The optometrist seemed to be in a rush to get me out of the chair, which left me with zero confidence in the accuracy of my prescription. At the front desk things went from bad to worse when I went to browse frames. The older woman with glasses was shockingly rude. She had an appalling attitude and made it feel like my presence was a massive inconvenience to her day. Between the rushed clinical care and the hostile customer service at the front, this place is completely unprofessional. Save your time and money and go somewhere where they actually value their patients.
Stephany was extremely helpful choosing frames, pulling ones that were the size I was looking for. Her knowledge regarding prescription choices helped me decide on what would work best for me. She really took the time to make sure I was happy with my decisions.
Everything went good with the appointment and doctor. However, they didn’t add my PD in my prescription which should be there regardless. NEVER had this issue at other VisionWorks locations. I called and was sarcastically answered with my PD number saying “we don’t print PD numbers from our machine as they are not accurate” I in fact have gotten prescriptions with PD printed even on same day of my visit my brother had his printed on his prescription but me. Anyways, the lady was kind of rude and did provide me with my PD number but was sarcastic and “wished me luck” at the end of the call after she gave me the number. Due to this inconvenience I would not recommend this location to avoid this and other errors in my prescription.
Very professional and quick service. Made an appointment and got right in upon arrival. No wait time at all. Megan was not pushy and very patient when choosing frames and very informative with great opinions and direction in choosing
