I'm new to the area and it was time for the annual contact lense exam. I found this place close to home. Everybody was friendly and things ran very smooth in the office. The entrance brings you into the eye wear room where they have a wide selection of frames for glasses and sunglasses. The exam office is to the right. The front desk staff was very efficient. As a first time patient I had paperwork to fill out. I was called back for my appointment within a few minutes of finishing my paperwork. The entire exam process was fast and efficient. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes, which was great because I had to get back to work. I didn't get a chance to look around at the glasses or process but plan to check that out soon.

Sarah and Mario are excellent and always go the extra mile to ensure my frames fit perfectly. They are professional, knowledgeable, and make the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing quality eye care and great service!

Dr. Matthew Keller is amongst the best in the nation. He treats you with complete compassion, provides holistic body care, not just focusing on your eyes, but your whole body for healing. I have seen him for several months now for severe dry eyes, and he has treated me aggressively, but also looking for contributing factors to my severe dry eyes. He genuinely cares about every one of his patients. You are not just a number to him. You are a soul. In the healthcare industry, it is extremely hard to find a provider who actually cares about you. I recommend everyone even if it means taking a trip to Goodyear to come and visit Dr. Keller. I have been a registered nurse for 20 years and have hired multiple optometrists, but I have never found one like him. Honestly, I’ve met very few doctors in general that are as caring and knowledgeable as he is. Additionally, his assistant, Heather, is absolutely amazing. She is always there to listen and provide guidance under his direction and is happy to assist you in any of your needs. When you call, you’re not just another person on the phone you’re part of a family, the family of VISIONWORKS in Goodyear. VISIONWORKS is extremely fortunate to have such a great team. This team is definitely the best in Phoenix metropolitan area.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone one nice. My associate Sarah took the time to make me feel my absolute best in the frames I picked. It was my first time getting an eye exam and glasses and she did great. I left very satisfied. 100% recommended :)

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a very friendly receptionist who guides you to the waiting area. The staff immediately welcome you and help you complete any necessary forms. You are then taken for eye imaging before being placed in an exam room to see the doctor. The doctor arrived within about 60 seconds and performed a thorough examination while clearly explaining the imaging results. After the visit, I was taken to the front to select glasses and complete payment. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I will definitely be returning.
