Everyone was very friendly and helpful at Visionworks. The Optometrist and staff were amazing and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciated it because I hadn’t gotten my eyes checked in about 5 years. My vision actually improved and I ordered new prescription glasses. This location is great!
Dr. Kay was so nice and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the right contacts so I can see better than I ever have. Also the ladies at the other desks were very nice, and went above and beyond to help me understand the costs associated with the different contacts and glasses I picked out and how to best utilize my insurance. They have a very wide selection of glasses to choose from and at different price points. I had no trouble finding several pairs I loved. In addition they were able to take my current reading glasses and replace the lens for me since they had scratches. I have already recommended this location to my husband and coworkers, and this will be my go-to place for all future eye care needs. Thank you!
Dr. Kay performed a thorough and successful eye exam. She was concerned about accuracy and the overall health of my eyes. Lindzy, the Optician, was extremely helpful in assisting me in choosing the appropriate frames and lenses for me. She also made sure that I received the best value for my dollars. I will definitely return to this Visionworks due to these two individuals.
The person who worked with me was very professional. She also helped me along with my wife on the frame that looked best on me. She also did a comparison between the Visionworks 50% off promotion and my vision insurance to see where I would save more, and she found out that the better savings came from the Visionworks 50% off promotion.
The experience beginning from arrival to the professionally attendance to my care need were highly satisfactory. The doc., was technically and proceedurally sound in approach and conclusions. She explained basis of her conclusions and need for referral to a specialist. I will continue to the vision care service there with her as my doc., and will of case referr friends and loved ones to her.
