Rachel was awesome helping me pick out cute frames. I didn't have an appointment for an eye exam, I had just walked in after a quick stop at Starbucks! But they had an opening. The girl at the check-in desk and the tech were both really nice. Doctor Gunn was awesome and very thorough. I need prisms in my lenses and he really took his time to figure out the best adjustments for that. Looking forward to picking up my glasses in 2 weeks.

We decided to switch eyecare places after going to a different well known eye place for several years. Unfortunately, the service just kept deteriorating for us over time. I decided to do some research into reviews and found this Visionworks in Mesa. The reviews were all very good so we decided to give it a shot for my whole family. Wow, is all I can say. What a difference in the whole process. We were seen so fast, we hadn't even finished our check-in papers. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was awesome and had a great bed-side manner. The last person we dealt with was Tim, who helped us finalize our frame choices and went through our options with our insurance. He was super knowledgeable and gave us complete confidence that we were in good hands. Who knew you could find good eye care and almost feel like you sort of had a fun family outing in the process. I highly recommend this specific Visionworks location. It definitely measures up to all of the 5 star reviews it has. Bonus, you can grab a Starbucks right next door or have alot of dinner options and even see a movie in the same parking lot. This is definitely our new eye care place.

I genuinely had a great experience here!! Very professional, warm, friendly and frankly funny in the best way staff at this location! Dr. Gunn was great! I got prescribed new glasses and even got a free sandal repair by Tim! lol..It broke on my way in from the parking lot. Still laughing about it!! Can't wait to pick up my glasses in a week or so. Thank you guys!

Every person in there is amazing. I called had eye exam 20 mins later. Took 30 mins super fast and very friendly staff. Definitely the best vision works location.

Immediately greeted and was settled in for my eye exam. The doctor and assistants were personable, helpful, and genuine. Doctor Gunn explained my results in depth and helped me understand what it all meant. Tim was helpful and patient while I was picking out new frames and helped me make decisions I was confident about. Great place and will be back annually for my exams.
