I got glasses on March 14th, and they started to crack after a week. My daughter took my glasses in, and the manager told her that because I didn't have the warranty, they couldn't replace the lens, which was only 2 weeks old. So I went to Arrowhead Mall, and the lady told me it was because I had the glasses cracked in the heat, not because they were defective. Be careful, Visionwork works will take your money with a smile and not help you when you get $900.00 glasses unless you have a warranty.

Every single employee I encountered from the moment I walked in the door, check in, pre-exam diagnostics, exam and picking out my new frames was beyond excellent. The whole process was so efficient and everybody was kind and helpful. Good service is hard to find out there these days and absolutely flawless/excellent service is beyond rare. I will most definitely keep going to and recommend this location.

Booked an appointment for myself and one of my children. Was excited to try this place as I was just looking for a change from where I was going before. Plus it’s closer to home! Trying to get a hold of somebody at the store was impossible. I was trying to return a phone call to them and tried two days in a row, being on hold for over 10 minutes both times, and even talking with customer service who left a message with the store. Cancelled both appointments and will be returning to my former eye exam place.

They miss Labeled my Contact Lens samples from Right to Left eye, I used them the wrong way for a week and realized that verifying from my priscription, when asked,the frontdesk staff says whats the big deal, swap it and wear it. Very irresponsible.

Hands down the best and quickest experience I have had with an optometrist visit. The whole staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Al was especially helpful, he helped me pick out great lenses and got me an excellent deal on glasses and prescription sunglasses. He also adjusted my current pair for me and replaced my old nose pieces, and gave me some advice on how to take better care of them. I plan to go back to this location whenever I can, absolute 10/10 business.
