The staff at this location are absolutely attentive, efficient, and very helpful. I must have went in there for a glass adjustment 10 times for an old pair of glasses. They never made me feel uncomfortable and they always gave me top notch customer service.
This was my second year with this store. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. I’ve seen two optometrists and they were both very good. Each made great suggestions for issues not usually in the exam. Marcus is awesome, he really helped me pick just the right frames. Thanks,
I’ve been consistently impressed with the customer service for the last 2 years I’ve been coming to the Visionworks on Madison and Sunrise. I was in picking up replacement glasses for ones that I lost (which showed up in about 1 week) and overheard the employees going above and beyond to assist another customer with warranting her broken glasses. Very good to see these days.
Great selection of frames, kind staff and easy to schedule appointments. With my VSP insurance going to a Visionworks allowed me to get the most of my benefits and even extra savings on some frames. The frame selection was impressive and I got frames I love. The doctor who provided the exam was thorough and made sure I left with no unanswered questions. The staff allowed me to look at all the frames at my own pace and I didn’t feel uncomfortable trying on every pair of glasses they had. I’ll be going to them from now on.
My first experience with Vision Works exceeded my expectations. Marcus was great setting up my appointment and navigating my insurance to maximize my coverage. My exam was through and Dr. Park was very helpful in selecting the best lenses suited for my needs. They have a plethora of frames to fit every style and budget. Overall a great experience.
