A great place to go shopping for your prescription lenses and frames. The staff and the doctor are very helpful in every way possible from the eye exam to getting the right frames that fits you perfect. Clean store and friendly environment. Everyone treated me like I was family. Great deals for brand-name frames. I will definitely go back there on my next exam. Thank you Visionworks! 😁
Vanessa was so helpful! My glasses were bent pretty badly and she fixed them perfectly. I’m really grateful for her help today and also picked up a cleaning kit for the lenses !
I came for the first time last year and had a great experience. Great prices with insurance. Today came with my husband and he also had a great experience. Great customer service from Tatiana. I would definitely recommend. Also they’re very flexible for appointments.
The customer service at the Fullerton location exceeded my expectations and was unlike prior experiences I’ve had at other eye care providers. The gentlemen working that day noticed I was conflicted on which pair of glasses I should get. His insight was greatly appreciated, as it sped up my decision process. When checking out, the lady provided excellent customer service and was diligent when relaying detailed information. We also bonded on our personal style choice of glasses. Overall the customer service was harmonious and seamlessly easy.
I relieved an advertisement when this location opened. Wished I had went FIRST before selecting my glasses at Dr. office and Costco. Prices were better. Selection and prices displayed well and explained. An easy peasy place to go ! I bought some back up glasses and surprised at how reasonably priced they were. I’ll always come here first after my annual check up !
