Called them pretty upset after sitting on a 400 dollar pair of ray bans. Both arms bent, both frame sockets bent, 1 lense out and won't fit back in because it was mis shaped. They said no promises, or liability but bring it in for us to see. Fixed as good as new. THANK YOU! Please support this business they are beyond kind
A truly 6* rating for these folks! I'm from out of state and had an issue with my glasses and they fixed them quickly! More than a fair price as well. Friendly and totally professional! Highly recommended :)

Erica and Shannon really took great care of me and I couldn't be happier with my new glasses and the customer service I received. I am a stickler for good customer service because I believe it's a lost art, today it's seems like people just hate their jobs and they leave you feeling bad and regretful for dealing with the company they work but NOT HERE, here they treat you like family, they truly take their time and make your visit enjoyable.
