The staff at Visionworks, especially Victoria, was amazing! (Lakewood location) Dr. was very knowledgeable and explained my exam in details as we went, and afterwards the staff helped me decide (sunglasses too!) after trying on lots of frames as there were so many great designs to choose from! Great place for your vision and glasses/contacts needs!! Highly recommend! I felt like I was shopping with my Sisters!!😊 Great experience🌹

I arrived on time for my 9:30am appointment, first at any Visionworks. They let me know their charting systems were down, and I totally empathized, I'm sure that was a huge headache for them. They did not say they were running behind, but I certainly expected they might be. I filled out all physical paperwork and waited....and kept waiting. When I was called they had me do initial intake (reading the letters, eye pressure), they were confused by request to not be dilated or have the retinal scan, even though I specifically noted on the paper and in in scheduling I had some inflammation and concerns about an injury to my eye. Then they sent me back to the waiting room. 45 minutes after my originally scheduled appointment, with no communication about wait times at any point, I had to go - I had to get to work. I touched base with the front desk person on my way out and she had no apology. Just "yeah, that's why I told you at the beginning we were doing all physical charting". No apology, no offer to reschedule, no acknowledgement of my time. I have a lot of empathy for when things are out of your control as an employee, it really sucks, but the lack of communication or expression of understanding for the customer was a real disappointment. Time wasted on my end for sure, will not be returning.

I needed a new prescription and was able to get in easily within a few days by making an appointment online. The staff at this location were attentive and were knowledgeable about insurance policies. The optometrist was on time, friendly, and thorough. My new glasses were ready to be picked up within a week and a half.

Walk into the store to see if they took my insurance and make an appointment. I was greeted by a person who could not answer my pretty simple question "Do you take my insurance?" I don't know. I think so. Maybe you should call. I'm in the store. If they had that much trouble with a simple question. I seriously doubt that they can do what they do anything responsible. I left and didn't call. All I wanted to do is a is make an appointment and give you my money. I will try someplace that can actually accommodate me.

This is a great store. It was easy to get an appointment. The doctor took his time with me explaining everything during my exam. The staff are amazing. They are professional, very thorough and best of all friendly. They took the time to help me pick out frames. I highly recommend this store.
